The Tampa Orchid Club was founded in 1957 by Mrs. R. A. Davis an avid garden club member and horticulturist. Their club's philosophy is to alway be friendly, and to make their meetings fun as well as informative. The Tampa Orchid Club's community project is to take care of the Botanical Gardens orchid greenhouse, and to display the blooming orchids in the courtyard. As Tampa Orchid Club members volunteer their love, knowledge, and time to ensure these exotic orchids prosper they also invite everyone to join them in exploring the fascinating world of orchids. At this time the Tampa Orchid Club is accepting new members, and they extend a warm welcome to join their club!

The Agrarian Club is a student organization inspired by agrarian ideas, which are expressed in a devotion to the land (the place where we live) and the health of local ecologies of nature, economics, and culture. The club invites students to explore sustainable and regenerative food production, the theme of food as a human right, deepening understanding of the local agroecology, exploring relationships between food, identity, and culture, practicing local/ indigenous methods to planting, building a safety net of non-market food procurement skills, and appreciating local food providers/food systems practitioners. Some events the club hosts include planting days, composting workshops, seed saving demos, farm tours, farmers markets, foraging hikes, cooking demonstrations, garden to table potlucks, and more!
