Sean Foster is a seasoned cybersecurity and business strategy executive, currently serving as a Limited Partner at Stage 2 Capital Catalyst, where he advises early-stage B2B software startups on scaling go-to-market strategies. He previously held Chief Revenue Officer roles at Anomali, IronNet Cybersecurity, Forcepoint, and Sienna Group (acquired by ConnectWise), where he led revenue organizations across global markets, drove strategic growth, and built high-performance teams.

At IronNet, Sean played a key role in scaling the company through its IPO, advancing AI-driven cybersecurity capabilities for public and private sectors. With over two decades in leadership roles at Symantec, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and other major players in the cybersecurity space, he brings deep expertise at the intersection of AI, cyber defense, and national security.
