Medical student earns top honors at state symposium

Pranit Singh, class of 2025 medical student at the °®¶¹´«Ã½ Health Morsani College of Medicine, earned one of three Top Research Poster awards at the 2023 °®¶¹´«Ã½ Medical Association Annual Meeting. His poster Nodal Basin Irradiation as part of Neoadjuvant Chemoradiation for Esophageal Cancer and Subsequent Lymph Node Responses at a Major Tertiary Referral Center Compared to it Local Referring Facilities focuses on different treatment centers for patients with esophageal cancer.

Other °®¶¹´«Ã½ Health leaders and student also participated in the three-day event as competition judges, board members of the various specialty associations, and attended information sessions run by FMA and physician educators.
