| Prof. Srikanth and Prof. Phan direct the research on the continuing grant from Department of Energy -Basic Energy Sciences (DoE-BES) with the current period till the end of 2025. This grant is to explore novel magnetism and spin textures in a wide range of materials in single crystalline, thin film and nanostructured forms as well as study the spin transport in heterostructures between conventional magnetic oxides and 2D materials. |
| Profs. Arena and Srikanth have been awarded a NSF grant to synthesize a new class of nanoparticles with novel magnetic and optical properties. |
