Sponsored Research Exemption Reporting
Under the °®¶¹´«Ã½ Code of Ethics for Public Officers and Employees (FCOE) and °®¶¹´«Ã½ Policy 0-027, Sponsored Research Exemptions (SREs) may be approved by the Office of Compliance & Ethics for certain otherwise prohibitied employment, or contractual relationships °®¶¹´«Ã½ employees have with businesses doing business with °®¶¹´«Ã½. The FCOE, section 112.313(12)(h), requires annual reporting to the State of °®¶¹´«Ã½ Governor and the Legislature. The SRE Reporting Procedure describes how this multi-unit process works.
