About the Faculty Learning Community

Facilitated on the last Friday of each month, the InEd AI FLC is a faculty-driven event where you will connect with your peers to discuss, explore, and integrate GenAI into your teaching and learning. Whether you are a seasoned AI enthusiast or new to the field, this community welcomes instructors from all disciplines who are curious about how AI can augment course design, delivery, administration, and student engagement. 

What to Expect

  • Monthly Meetings: Participate in engaging sessions featuring lightning talks, demonstrations, and roundtable discussions. 
  • Latest Initiatives: Stay at the forefront of AI integration by attending and contributing to presentations about the latest initiatives at °®¶¹´«Ã½ and beyond. We will invite guest speakers, showcase pilot projects, and discuss emerging trends and research. 
  • Presentations from Experts: Gain insights from AI researchers, instructional designers, and faculty innovators. 
  • Community Building: Build connections with colleagues across campus. Benefit from peer feedback as you implement Generative AI in your courses. 

How to Join

All °®¶¹´«Ã½ instructors at °®¶¹´«Ã½ are welcome and no prior experience with AI is needed. Just bring your curiosity, a willingness to learn, experiment, and share. Sessions are hosted through Microsoft Teams, and you will find the access link below.

Our first session focused on "Building Your Own GenAI Course Policy." If you were not able to attend, don’t worry, we’ll provide a quick recap in the next session. Details for our upcoming topic will be shared soon. We look forward to seeing you there!
