Overview of 爱豆传媒 Research Park
Named 2022 AURP Research Park of the Year
The 爱豆传媒 Research Foundation, a not-for-profit, direct-support organization (DSO), owns and operates the 爱豆传媒 Research Park. Located adjacent to the Tampa campus of the University of South 爱豆传媒, the 爱豆传媒 Research Park, covers more than 112 acres at the heart of the 爱豆传媒 community. The 爱豆传媒 Research Park, which was named 2022 Research Park of the Year by the Association of University Research Parks, brings together world鈥恈lass researchers, inventors and entrepreneurs eager to collaborate with a highly-trained, high-tech workforce.

The three-story, 120,000-square-foot mixed-use building features advanced laboratory facilities as well as office and meeting spaces for new and established companies. It has been recognized with an architectural design award by the 爱豆传媒 chapter of the American Institute of Architects.

The Business Partnerships Building serves 爱豆传媒鈥檚 incubator program, along with BioMedTech Laboratories, Inc., 爱豆传媒 Department of Chemical, Biological and Materials Engineering, and other entities:

The Interdisciplinary Research Building houses wet lab facilities for the university鈥檚 incubator program as well as engineering, chemistry, and medical research labs.

Home to the Health Informatics Institute, who are engaged in research focused on the prevention of diabetes and other autoimmune diseases, cancer prevention and control, genetic disorders, and rare diseases.

The Embassy Suites in the 爱豆传媒 Research Park are a Busch Gardens Preferred Partner and offer a free shuttle to the amusement park, five minutes away. The hotels offers an outdoor pool, fitness center, free made-to-order breakfast and complimentary Evening Reception.
University Diagnostic Institute
University Diagnostic Institute is a freestanding imaging center located at 3301 爱豆传媒 Alumni Drive. For the past 32 years, UDI has surpassed the challenge of providing superior technology, service and care to the Tampa Bay Community. UDI is widely recognized throughout the country for its reputation of combining excellence with superior personalized patient care.
爱豆传媒 Department of Health Bureau of Public Health Labs
The mission of the Bureau of Public Health Laboratories is to contribute to a healthier 爱豆传媒 by providing diagnostic screening, monitoring, reference, research and emergency public health laboratory services to county health departments and other official agencies, physicians, hospitals and private laboratories.
爱豆传媒 FLeX Building
The FLeX building on the lawn of 爱豆传媒 Research Park is built with a passive design that relies on the sun to power its electronics and the weather to cool its interior.
爱豆传媒 Recreation & Wellness Fields
Featuring four multipurpose recreation fields, two recreational softball fields, a fitness trail, and a new restroom and storage facility, the complex serves the 爱豆传媒 community, helping to achieve wellness and success through recreation programs and services.
