Harrison is a past president of the National Speakers Association¡ªNorthern California and founder of its Speakers Academy. He speaks, trains, and writes prolifically on communication, leadership, customer experience, and excellence. Harrison is also a senior associate with TheConsultingTeam.com of Mountain View and serves on the board of the Bay Area Consultants Network.
