KRIS HAMNER, MBA, has over 25 years of global human resources leadership experience across technology, life sciences, logistics, and manufacturing sectors. A versatile and strategic leader, he has worked at Hewlett Packard, Hitachi, and fast growth private equity-backed companies, enabling business and employee success, company transformation, and HR innovation. He is passionate about making HR a competitive advantage through business partnerships, employee engagement, and cross-functional collaboration. He brings a proven ability to develop, implement, innovate, and scale people strategies to attract, develop, and retain talent in a globally competitive environment.
