KRIS HAMNER, MBA, has over 25 years of global human resources leadership experience across technology, life sciences, logistics, and manufacturing sectors. A versatile and strategic leader, he has worked at Hewlett Packard, Hitachi, and fast growth private equity-backed companies, enabling business and employee success, company transformation, and HR innovation. He is passionate about making HR a competitive advantage through business partnerships, employee engagement, and cross-functional collaboration. He brings a proven ability to develop, implement, innovate, and scale people strategies to attract, develop, and retain talent in a globally competitive environment. In the broader HR community, he contributes as board president of the National Human Resources Association ¨C Silicon Valley, as an advisor to firms and nonprofits, and as a guest speaker at industry events. He earned a Master¡¯s in Finance and Management Consulting from the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor¡¯s degree in Human Resources from the University of Nevada, in addition to multiple professional certifications.
