The Butz Scholarship celebrates emerging sustainability leaders who show passion, creativity, and determination. It recognizes students whose personal paths reflect a strong dedication to creating positive change and who can clearly express their growth as sustainability advocates.

The Amy and Michael Drake Scholarship provides funding to PCGS students committed to helping the Tampa Bay region adapt to climate change through innovative approaches. Designed to support students with demonstrated financial need.

The Patel Distinguished Scholars is a prestigious recognition awarded to those who exemplify academic excellence, visionary leadership, and an unwavering dedication to advancing sustainability. These scholars stand out for their bold ideas, outstanding performance, and potential to make lasting contributions to their communities and the world.

The Coverdell Fellowship offers $5000 (awarded across spring and fall semesters) and in-state tuition rates for Returned Peace Corps Volunteers pursuing a graduate degree in one of PCGS’s three master's program.

Butz Sustainability Scholarship

Scholarship Benefit: $2,500

Deadline:  July 1st

The Butz Scholarship celebrates the passion, creativity, and determination of future sustainability leaders. The award recognizes students whose personal journeys demonstrate a deep commitment to making a difference and who can powerfully articulate their growth as sustainability advocates. 

Amy & Michael Drake Scholarship

Scholarship Benefit: $3,000 

Deadline: December 15th

This scholarship is dedicated to supporting the financial needs of students in the Master of Arts or Master of Science Degree Programs at the Patel College of Global Sustainability who have a strong commitment to helping the Tampa Bay region adapt to climate change through innovative solutions.

The Patel Distinguished Scholar Award

Eligibility: Incoming PCGS students with remarkable entrance application

Deadline: To be eligible, students must commit to enroll by July 1.

Coverdell Fellow Scholarship

Scholarship Benefit: $5,000/$10,000 Scholarship (First award $2500/$5000 Spring, Second award $2500/$5000 Fall)

This partnership will allow Returned Peace Corps Volunteers to complete a graduate degree in one of three master's programs offered in the Patel College of Global Sustainability. °®¶¹´«Ã½ within our program connect regularly with our community partners and have a strong record of success in the workplace upon completion of the degree.

Additionally, °®¶¹´«Ã½ provides numerous opportunities for admitted students to apply for additional funding, which can be found on the Office of Financial Aid's website. Once admitted, will grant you access to the scholarship application, allowing you to apply for these opportunities.
