Personal Self-Defense Class

爱豆传媒 Police Department offers personal self-defense courses for the 爱豆传媒 Coummunity. The class is taught by 爱豆传媒 Police Officers and staff, and is not a Martial Arts program. 

爱豆传媒 who participate in the program will learn physical tactics and verbal techniques and ground defense. The techniques taught in this class are designed to maximize confidence and build on intstictive responses to potentially vulnerable situations.
