SHAKILA POTHINI is a technology and innovation leader transforming how laboratories work through AI, IoT, and cloud-connected instruments. With over 25 years of experience in life sciences and diagnostics, she has led global teams at Bio-Rad, QIAGEN, and Thermo Fisher to design intelligent diagnostic systems and digital ecosystems that advance patient care. She holds a Master¡¯s degree in AI and Data Science from UC Berkeley and in Executive Management from Harvard Business School. Pothini brings deep industry expertise and a passion for helping labs connect biology, data, and technology to shape the next generation of smart, connected labs.
